The second project of my first year as a student. How many purposes can a wall cabinet serve? I thought it would be pleasing to have something attractive to use as soon as you come in the door.
The raised panel idea was a result of seeing Franz Karg's "Solid Wood Joinery." The verticle panels are grooved to receive the sapwood splines, which are joined as frame members.
